WOLFMOTHER: European Dates Announced
October 20, 2009Fresh from a sold-out European club tour and an explosive performance on "Later with Jools Holland" on BBC2, Australian retro-rock combo WOLFMOTHER has announced a month-long European tour kicking off in January 2010.

"Cosmic Egg", the second album from WOLFMOTHER, is available for streaming in its entirety on the band's MySpace page. Due on October 27, the group's first CD since the departure of drummer Myles Heskett and bassist/keyboardist Chris Ross was recorded in Los Angeles with heralded U.K. producer Alan Moulder.

"New Moon Rising", the new video from WOLFMOTHER, can be viewed below. The kaleidoscope of visual feats features an onslaught of color, effects and cut up animation pieced together resulting in a journey to the decade of rock 'n roll. Prepared by New Zealand directors Special Problems, the clip is an arresting display of psychedelic voodoo and the perfect jump off point into the world of the band's new record, "Cosmic Egg".
WOLFMOTHER's 2006 debut sold more than 500,000 copies in the U.S. and featured the Grammy-winning single "Woman".
WOLFMOTHER's cross-country trek will kick off at the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas on October 29 and wrap up 20 cities later at the legendary Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles. Support for all shows will come from THENEWNO2 and HEARTLESS BASTARDS.
